Hookster - thanks for the reply and welcome. This is a great place to learn! Did you mount a remote switch on the TLR1? How does it activate without the remote pressure switch?

I have used Remington managed recoil loads in my M4 without a problem.

Is the TLR-1 essentially the same amount of light as TLR-2 but without the laser and strobe? I am looking for a light for the M4 but do not want to break the bank!!
