Well I finally saw my R1 thread, I edited one misspelling and it seems to have disappeared forever. Oh well, I guess I give up!

I guess it is just aggravating, I wanted to share something I figured out that many R1 owners had a question about. Two days and 5 posts later unsuccessful.

As an owner of a M4 and R1 it is sad to see that this site makes no sense. If anyone is intersted I figured out the R1 bipod issue e-mail me for pictures and directions.

So why did this thread go through, makes not much sense? I tried my original post again and it didn't go through.

That one seemed t work, go figure.

So I'm new here, posted two new threads several hours ago and they never showed up. what gives? No E-mails, no nothing.

Found many people searching for a bipod solution for the R1 with no results, so i decided to make it happen. Easy fix for Bipod mount looks factory from the outside, Costs about $20 if you have a bipod. I mounted one of Harris bipods and it looks and works great. E-mail me for more pics, direction, tools needed for the job etc,

Looks good, it is exactly the simple and light setup I have been looking for. Thanks for the info!
