Many types of ammo used in my Benelli M4 Super 90. Have found Federal 2 3/4 low recoil LE 00 buckshot has great pattern and accurate at 30 feet. The nice thing is you can shoot it all day without shoulder fatigue. Makes your day at the range much more enjoyable and still would ruin a bad guy's day for sure !
