Any pics of the X300-U with the Larue mount? I actually have an X300-U and attached it in front of the Magpul angled foregrip on the bottom rail (see pictures below). Had to move the Magpul back too far in order for it to fit and not very ergonomic - I ended up placing the X300-U on my new Springfield XDM pistol where it will stay. Really like the light, and willing to get another - just need ideas for mounting on the M4 [ATTACH=CONFIG]1978[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]1979[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]1978[/ATTACH]

What about the Surefire L4-VTAC ? - what would be the best mount to the thorntail?

Thinking of NP3 from Robar and lightly beveling the area prior to sending it in, that way the finish should stay on longer with the lessened contact from the ejected shell. Wondering on how much bevel and over what length should be applied Any pictures from a well used rig would help Thanks

Received this e-mail yesterday from Marcy Carrier regarding the CH "We are putting off production of the bolt knobs for now to focus on production of a large influx of mag tube orders. The bolt knobs will be available again at a later date, but it is impossible at this point to say when. I am terribly sorry we could not give you a more specific time frame on this."
