1. I've saved up some money and I'm looking to get my first gun: a Benelli M4. As I've been reading up on it, I've gotten confused as there seems to be different models of it, some don't have interchangeable chokes, etc. At the very least, I know I want a pistol grip, the collapsible stock, and the 7 round magazine tube, but I've read that other parts should be replaced as well. Would anyone be willing to give me a simple 101 on the Benelli M4? What parts can and should be replaced, where to purchase one, and what other things should I know? I'm already aware of the benelliparts.com site, r/gundeals, and the Taran Tactical version.
2. Hey folks, I just ordered this Benelli M4 H20. Do you know why this color looks different than the other H20? This looks more silver, and the one on Benelli website looks like a titanium. If someone can help me to understand the difference, that would be helpful. 1. Which one is newer? this silver, or Titanium? 2. Which is better? 3. I couldn't find much info from the web, any more insight would be helpful.

New M4 Owner

My buddy encouraged me to look into the M4. It was going to be my first shotgun. He insisted that it’s the best semi-auto, military approved and told me to just “Buy once, cry once.” They are not cheap but the problem was, it was sold out everywhere. Finally found a brand new one through private sale on Calguns - $1,600 with no box (actually surprised there was no mark up on price since it was the trend/pattern I’m used to seeing). The 10-day wait period didn’t help, as all I did was look at pictures of mods/upgrades. My buddy had a spare Burris FF3 so I put that on, then the rest of the parts started arriving.

5. Does anyone have a surefire m80 rail they’d be willing to part with for the right price??
6. Hello, Does any one know of a low -profile sight replacement for the ghost ring? I use my M4 for sporting clays from time to time ( I know, it’s not remotely made for this type of soothing) but it is fun challenge regardless. the rear ghost sight makes it nearly impossible to track the clays mainly because the ghost sight protective vertical wings. i was thinking of removing the rear sight altogether but a low profile replacement would be ideal any thoughts?

9. Hello and got my first shot gun (m4). Go big or go home. Still learning about the weapon (am a Former Marine, so shooting isn't new) but looking to breaking it in and just general cheap /decent ammo to shoot . I will maintain good home defense ammo and will train with it at some point in the near future. Trying to Google/you tube info from experienced shooters. Any advice on decent ammo to break this in and not kill the wallet to badly? thank you in advance.
10. I found myself in need of a magazine plug for my m4 with Kip's FL mag (hunting migratory birds, mag must be limited to 2 rounds). I searched the internet, and even ordered one of those Butler Creek plugs, but it seems nothing out there is long enough (12 inches). In the end, I made my own, and thought I'd share the process in case there are others who are interested. Parts: 1) Brass tube, 13/32" (10.32mm) OD with 3/8" (9.53mm) ID by 12in. 2) Tree nut, metric thread, 9.60mm OD with 22.2mm diameter cap. 3) Wood dowel (screw type), 3/8" OD. Process: 1) Polish tube with metal polish for aesthetics. 2) Insert tree nut and hammer flush (interference fit). 3) Insert dowel and hammer in to tube to desired length. Finished product: To fit plug, simply remove the magazine cap and insert through hole in mag spring retention clip and reinstall magazine cap. The OD of the tree-nut is about 0.8mm smaller than the ID of the magazine tube. The pressure of the magazine cap centers the plug and keeps it snug in the tube (rattle-free). No tools required for installation/ removal. See following thread for pics of installation (can't seem to post more than 5 pix per thread.)

20. Hello all, Promag Tactical Forend for Benelli M4 Promag item #PM253 ***MADE IN USA, AND COUNTS AS ONE 922R COMPLIANT ITEM*** The package came with a collapsible stock and this tactical forend, I only needed the collapsible stock... I opened the package, removed the stock and resealed the package, leaving the tactical forend brand new and uninstalled. It has a rail on the 3, 6, and 9 O' clock positions. See attached pics! email me at [email protected] if interested
21. Hello all, I am ready to add some features to my stock M4 (11707), that will also comply with 922®. I use it for 3 gun every now and then, which allows up to 8 shells before the bell, so the 7+1 is valuable to me. In addition, I just feel that my M4 is not quite complete w/out the C-stock... These are the two routes that I am considering: OPTION 1 FFT full-length mag tube in s/s $159.99 FFT trigger package (hammer, trigger, disconnector) $149.99 Benelli C-stock $350 or so... This package includes the 4 922® compliance parts needed. TOTAL COST $660 or so OPTION 2 FFT full-length mag tube in s/s $159.99 FFT follower $24.99 ProMag C-stock(pic looks like a copy of the Benelli c-stock) $180 This package includes the 3 922® compliance parts needed. TOTAL COST $365 I know that the titanium tube weights about 150g less, but the s/s weights less than the stock tube and costs $80 less, so I'm okay with that. All I really want to add is the full-size mag tube and the C-stock the other items are just being added to fulfill the 922® laws. I would love to hear some feedback from those of you who have had experience with these parts or manufacturers. Which route should I go? Are these wise options or do you know of better ones? Thanks in advance for your input!
22. there is no need for anymore discussion. Thank you all for the well wishes.
