  1. The date of the email is 6/25/2020. Everything that was in the email is in the initial post.
  2. I have my M4 setup how I want it and I don't need these extra parts. I took the recoil pad off of my collapsible stock and replaced it with a LimbSaver recoil pad, so I don't need the original pad. I thought I would use this Briley Trigger Shoe, but I don't like it. Ideally, I would like to sell all of this at once and ship it out in just one box. Fingers crossed. Trigger Guard: $140 Pistol Grip Stock Black Synthetic: $130 5 Round Magazine Tube with 5 Round Spring: $105 Shell Stop/Bolt Release Button: $40 Shell Carrier: $35 Right and Left Forearms: $30 each Safety Button: $20 Sling Attachment Plate and Retainer: $15 Follower: $15 Shell Stop Pin: $5 Cartridge Latch Spring: $5 Collapsible Stock Recoil Pad: $25 Briley Trigger Shoe for Benelli and Franchi Black: $20
  3. Out of those plug screw options, which would you recommend?
  4. I also got the Savior Equipment bag. https://www.amazon.com/Savior-Equipment-American-Tactical-Transportation/dp/B077JP5B5X?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1 36" works with my M4 w/Collapsible stock and my Smith and Wesson M&P Sport II.
  5. I try not to think about it...
  6. I like the Briley more than the stock. Has a lighter trigger pull.
  7. I appreciate the offer. I'll think about it.
  8. I had a coworker do it and they used whatever was available in their shop. Yeah it's definitely rough, but it'll suffice. I've been debating whether or not I want to keep the iron sights on. I haven't shot it much and I'd like to practice using both the red dot and the iron sights. Thanks for the light head suggestion. I'll check it out at some point.

    My M4 Build

After about 4 months, I finally have a Benelli M4 in the configuration that I want. Huge shout out to @StrangerDanger for all the advice and suggestions!! Here's the parts list for those interested: Collapsible Stock Multi Light Benelli M4 Mount - Scout Heavy Duty Push Button QD Swivel (2) Surefire M600DF Dual Fuel LED Scout Light 1500 Lumen Black Modlite 18650 Body QD Rotation Limited Sling MOUNT-N-SLOT for Buttstock Blue Force Gear Vickers Padded Sling Black Nylon Dave Metal Works Oversized Safety FFT / Wolff Premium Trigger Group Spring Kit FFT Worry-Free Extended Carrier CarrierComp US Made 922(R) Compliant Follower CarrierComp Premium Full Length Magazine Spring A&E Enhanced Trigger Guard Limbsaver 10403 Trijicon RMR Type 02 Scalarworks Sync-01 Rail GG&G Bolt Release Pad GG&G Slotted Tactical Charging Handle Briley Full Length Carbon Fiber Magazine Tube Carlson's Mobil Flush Cylinder Choke Briley Match Trigger Stippled Forearm (Classic)
  10. I'm curious about this as well. I got the large charging handle from Arms Unlimited as well as the slotted tactical charging handle from GG&G. I like them both, though I think the one from AU is a little heavier. I need to get a scale and weigh them. If you recommend this one from Benelliparts, I'll check it out.
  11. To clarify, what I meant was that my last post's replies were very informative.
  12. Since my last post was very informative, I figured I'd make one for parts and for 922r compliance. I'll start by first sharing the information I received via an email from the ATF. With that out of the way, I would like to know what are the best US made parts to get for upgrading a Benelli M4 11707 while making it 922r compliant. I'm wanting to get the 7 round tube and the collapsible stock. I'm aware of FFT and TTI as well as Carrier Comp. I've heard good things about the ladder and went ahead and ordered a full length titanium magazine tube from them. Since it comes with a follower, that would make 2 US parts and, based on my understanding, I would need 2 more parts replaced to have both the full length tube and collapsible stock. What other parts are worth replacing and by which manufacturer? I am also interested in getting the TTI extended carrier, the TTI oversized safety, the GG&G bolt release pad, and the GG&G charging handle: TTI Carrier: https://tarantacticalinnovations.com/tti-benelli-accuguide-extended-carrier/ TTI Safety: https://tarantacticalinnovations.com/tti-oversized-benelli-ultimate-safety/ GG&G Pad: https://www.gggaz.com/benelli-m4-tactical-bolt-release-pad.html GG&G Handle: https://www.gggaz.com/benelli-m4-tactical-charging-handle.html Are these parts worth it? Any additional information and advice would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Thank you all for the information. I appreciate it! I'm still looking around for a Benelli M4 at a decent price. Is it worth looking for one that is used?
  14. I've saved up some money and I'm looking to get my first gun: a Benelli M4. As I've been reading up on it, I've gotten confused as there seems to be different models of it, some don't have interchangeable chokes, etc. At the very least, I know I want a pistol grip, the collapsible stock, and the 7 round magazine tube, but I've read that other parts should be replaced as well. Would anyone be willing to give me a simple 101 on the Benelli M4? What parts can and should be replaced, where to purchase one, and what other things should I know? I'm already aware of the benelliparts.com site, r/gundeals, and the Taran Tactical version.
