Ran my M4 this weekend in a class with nearly 300 rounds (Federal Target) and had not one single issue; it even ran ammo that gave others problems (some Winchester white box target loads) double taps speed loading combat reloading Its a real shooter this gun!

Yep; going to stick with the Federal Top Gun #8; same specs as that Multi-Purpose Field & target; this is what I shot this past weekend; good load.

Leaning towards just sticking with Federal (link) but still interested to hear your opinions.

I will need at least 300 rounds of birdshot; that's one of the requirements. Don't know a lot about birdshot, so is NobleSport any good? Its pretty cheap, but before I buy that much of it, I'd like to know if its reliable or if I should stick to one of the US, better known manufacturers. Yeah, they do seem 'expensive', relative to the items that are NLA.

Hi all. My M4 arrives tomorrow. Its my first semi-auto shotgun. And while I read that its not very picky, I have several different types of ammo arriving next week to see what it likes, mostly 00 and 000, but I may have to buy a couple boxes today or tomorrow and shoot on Sunday.
