Ridiculous huh. The whole collapsible stock on asemi-auto shotgun doesn't make any sense at all. Why are collapsiblestocks ok on an AR variants and pumps? Makes no sense to me. From what Iunderstand the whole reasoning behind it is concealment, but a semi-autoshotgun is no shorter than a pump or AR variant when fully collapsed.

Thanks for the insight on the ATI. By anchor, you mean it's really heavy? How easy would it be to pin the OEM collapsible stock? Would it be better than the Mesa?

Looking forward to your review.

These are the Mods I have so far: FFT full Ti tube FFT trigger package FFT follwer Kley-Zion Tri-Rail/14rd shotshell carrier Mako pistol foregrip. What I want to do next: To me the original stock is too long and I think I'm going to attempt to mod a ATI raven stock instead of going with the Mesa Urbino (I live in Ca so the plan is to find the right position for me and make it permanent so I don't fall into the assault weapon category) then find optics to use. I have no experience with optics, only iron sights. For those who are using optics, what are you using? Aimpoint Micro T-1, EOTech 512?

I ran some slugs and more buckshot thru it today. About 150 rounds, and fired much better. No jamming with as fast as I could pull. So, I guess after about a hundred rounds it's good to go.

I went out and shot my m4 for the first time. Very nice. I do have one question though. Is there a break in period to get her loosened up enough for some speed shooting? When pulling the trigger as fast as I could about every three shells the bolt would go to the rear to reload. is this normal. I've only put 42 loads thru it to date. Afterwards, I broke it down, cleaned, and oiled. I'm going to try again tomorrow. i should mention I didn't oil it when I assembled it, the bolt seemed already well oiled
