  1. Looking at the images on Benelli Parts there should be a metal clip at each end and one has the web tail attached. That end loops through the slot on your stock. The other end should have just the metal clip which clips on the metal sling mount just in front of the hand guards.at the base of the mag tube. The metal clips allow each end to be quickly released if needed.

  2. For $70 that Benelli kit is a waste of money. I also recommend the Otis. You can screw any attachment you need to the end of the cable. I like the kit that comes in a small zippered cloth case which can take a lot of abuse in and out of range bags, pouches, pockets etc. It's easy to bring the parts you need for what you may be shooting. I also like the bore snake, but it's more of a quick clean with a couple of passes. I think these are good things to have with you in the field or at the range.

In my shop I use a Dewey one piece .30 cal rod for larger rifles and my shotguns. I have different rods for different caliber rifles. They don't travel well, but are excellent for a detailed clean on the work bench.

  3. Great to hear that you picked up the spent shells.? Not trying to be a smart ass, but there are many who don't and that leaves a bad impression reflecting on the rest of us. I have a M1 and M4 I'll have to look at the Tartan carrier.

And pumpkins explode nicely in almost any weather as long as they're not frozen.? Enjoy them next time!

They might take care of it for you, but I wouldn't have accepted it if it was damaged.

This... Upon examining it prior to the transfer it should have been noticed and the seller should have been contacted then. You certainly should contact the seller and see if he will help. If you're told no I think you're stuck.
