You're welcome. Here is my setup: I run the arisaka 300 series scout light as it is light weight and the m4 is already a fairly heavy gun.

Yes they work with the oem hanguard. Personally I prefer using the oem hanguard over mlok. These light mounts have a qd socket to mount a sling.

This sling is probably the best option if you want to use the normal attachment point. It has 1 inch webbing on one end to attach but the body of the sling is 1.25 which makes it more comfortable. https://www.spectergear.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=970&CartID=0

I believe that one will only work for the c-stock. If you want a qd in your fixed stock you can use this: https://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/product/qd-micro-mount/ I have it and it works great but you do have to drill your stock.
