  2. How about AI? not my picture
  3. Would you mind posting the other side to see how you secured the tape switch? Thank you
  4. The last two classes I've attended there were more 1301T than the M4 my assumption is cause the combo of lower priced and people are hearing accounts of reliability. The M4 reputation is unquestionable but there are many that will shy away because of the cost. When it comes to either one having issues there were none. I've noticed other shooter having issues with the 1100 & a few of the M4 clones. I emphasized the weight of 1301 because between the two obviously the M4 is heavier. In a control environment like a course take into account the weather, age, physical conditioning, and how long the course is will determine how motivated the person will be after second or third day of an 8hr course. I've lend them both to several people to do a course and all said the recoil is more manageable with the M4 but the weight drained the desire to keep shooting. Imagine adding the stress of your life or love ones in danger that alone adds more fatigue depending on your training and physical fitness because the heart rate may be going 1k miles a beat.
  5. I don't claim the 1301 is superior to the M4. My shotgun has a specific purpose in my home, outside of my home my ar is the tool I'll use without a thought. I don't waste my time insulting people specifically not face to face. If I don't have anything positive to share on a forum I'll stay out of it. I only come here for info & if I can share something useful then I will. Remember this is nothing more than a perspective.
  6. People used to do similar comparisons between a 1911 or metal equivalent to a polymer pistols like the Glock. That opinion have gone wayside give it some time for it to prove itself.
  7. Have you shot a 1301T? There are many that owns both the M4 & 1301T including me, most of us love the M4 mostly because of what it represents which is a proven tool in battle. A high percentage of M4 owners haven't done several days in a row course or even shoot it enough to justify the cost of this beauty. Over a 2 or 4 day 8 hours a day course it will start to feel heavy. I've done several courses when the temp feels hot as heck I prefer the 1301T because is lighter.
  8. I have the two 1301T with no hiccups of any kind. They've been through several 2 day courses.
  9. Which barrel clamp is that? Beautiful setup.
  10. I hate when I'm late to the party.
  11. This is the response I got from them: " Good afternoon. The first thing I would look for with a Benelli M2 is on the end of the recoil tube there is a silver colored stud. On some Benelli M2s this stud is threaded all the way and on other Benelli M2s there is a ring on this stud. If your Benelli M2 has the ring on the stud , when you try to put the Urbino stock on, the ring will not go through the hole in the cross member of the Urbino stock. If this is the case you can use a rat tail file or drill bit to remove material in this hole inside the Urbino stock. This should allow the Urbino stock to seat properly to the Benelli M2 receiver. If you have the instruction booklet, this is one pages 9 - 10. If you have any other questions please let us know or give us a call. 775-333-9800"
  12. It worked, thank you for the saved. I'll take a pic tomorrow.
  13. I tried to install a Mesa Tactical Urbino Stock on a Benelli M2 but it doesn't go all the way in. I did verified I have the right model & I've already installed one on a M4. After doing a general search online I came across several accounts of fitting issues. Some claimed modifications were needed to get it on. Any suggestions?
