I am asking how to fix my Benelli. The Benelli is the weapon in which I am outrunning the trigger.

The Panzer, which is not my gun, completed the test with no problems.

Hopefully StrangerDanger or one of the other experts on here will reply to you. I'd make sure your shells aren't getting hung up anywhere, polish the tube inside with steel wool but don't lube it. There is a thread on this forum on how to do that. Get some good, heavy dummy rounds to cycle through and see if you can figure out the problem. My GUESS is that the 7 round tube isn't quite flush and the shells are getting hung up there or your spring isn't pushing them out with enough force or both. Your problem isn't normal and you can fix it, you'll learn a lot doing it as well.

  2. The Panzer M4 is a knock-off of the Benelli M4. I have 2 Benelli's, both run just fine as fast as I can pull the trigger so I'm not sure what is the problem with yours but that isn't normal.

  3. I find benefit from the c-stocks ability to shorten the gun for storage, the M-4 is not a small gun and would not fit in the case I use without it. I am eagerly awaiting the rx-arms 6 position recoil tube. I can shoot mine presently from either the middle or third notch but neither feel quite right. I'm confident the extra positions will rectify that.

  4. It hasn't damaged any shotgun barrel I've ever used that in. Barrels are tough and they're smooth bore, it would jack up rifling though. It's the same method you use to polish the inside of the mag tube and they're not barrel steel. I've had buildup that, no matter what I did, would not come out and that got it out. The brush is bronze, much softer than steel. That little bit of buildup isn't going to affect the shot anyway though.

  5. I have 2 of these GG&G bolt releases and have never had a problem so I am with SD in guessing the spring wasn't seated properly on installation. I used a pair of hemostats to hold it in place as it was difficult with normal size fingers; worked like a charm.

OHHH. and I forgot to mention the most important disappointment in installing the 7 shot magazine tube.

    It only holds 6 shots.

After all the hassle, you come to find out that the 7th shell wont fit.  You are about 1/4" short.

After much research I found a video where the manufacturer suggests that you shop around for an ammo brand that has slighter shorter shells so you can fit the 7th shell.  So far I haven't found one.

There was a thread on this last year, Fetter will fit 7 but they're from Russia and I have not seen any for sale in quite a while. Fortunately, for me, I bought a boatload at the time. Even with 6 in the tube, 1 ghost load, 1 chambered and 5-7 on a side saddle that's a pretty hefty load out on board. I suggest a "match saver" as well.

  7. I've been following your thread, you replaced the OEM trigger to make it 922r compliant. Was there something else replaced that took it out of compliance? Maybe I missed it; I have 2 M4's and have never felt the need to replace the triggers as they work fine.
