I just ordered and picked up an Ultra Light Montefeltro in 20 gauge and it weighs 5lb 10oz. That's quite a bit heavier than the advertised 5lb 5oz. My wife's SBE3 20 gauge only weighs 5lb 12oz on the same scale I used to weigh the UL. I know wood stocks can vary, but that much? I specifically wanted a super light turkey gun. Wish I had just bought the 24" SBE3 20 gauge now. Anyone else have an UL that weight quite a bit more than advertised?

Looks like they just changed the stock. https://www.benelliusa.com/shotguns/m2-field-semi-auto-shotguns

I’m guessing they will release them at Shot Show? Isn’t that this month? Wonder if there will be any changes other than the stock? They just redesigned the receiver in 2023. I just ordered another M2 last week, kinda wish I had waited now.

I received an email from Ky Gun Co today saying they have all of these M2s on sale because they are being discontinued. It included 10 of the M2 field models. What's up with that? They just redesigned them. Are they going to put the M2 Pro stocks on them in the US now? I much prefer the M2 over the SBE3. Hopefully they aren't nixing the M2 altogether. https://www.kygunco.com/email/benelli-discontinued-sale?utm_source=KyGunCo+Marketing&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=Jan-6

I got this gun on a trade and it’s cool, but I just don’t need it, have too many Benellis as it is. It’s a 121 SL80 12ga, 26” barrel, improved cylinder fixed choke. It’s in really good shape and functions perfectly. Located in SWFL or willing to ship to your FFL. $700. *Message for more pictures, it will only let me upload one due to the size. *

Hi All, Looking for opinions and the value of a 121 SL80 that a guy is wanting to trade for an AR upper I have. I’ve done a search on here and google and haven’t found a ton of good info. Are these guns good? It’s a 26” barrel and a fixed choke but the guy doesn’t know the constriction. It looks really nice in the picture he sent. I’m supposed to meet him tomorrow. Worth trading? My AR upper is worth around $600.

I sent you one, you should be able to reply.

I have seen those. I like the look of the Benelli one better though so I’d like to figure out how it attaches and if a new latch is needed.

Selling a like new Benelli M2 12 gauge, left hand, 26" barrel, Comfortech stock. It has a Sure Cycle oversize bolt release and bolt handle, and a Benelli Performance Shop front sight. It has been a backup gun and only has a couple rounds of sporting clays through it. Comes with all 5 factory chokes, case, manual, shims, etc. Located in the Fort Myers, FL area. $1000. I prefer local pickup but I am willing to ship it, can go directly to you if you live in FL or to your FFL of choice in other states.

Do you know the part number or where to find that carrier latch? I haven’t seen one for a SBE3 except for a replacement of the one that comes on them.

I’m looking at a SBE3 BEST and they have the carbon vent rib. I’ve read some stuff on various websites about people having issues with them breaking or falling off. How common is this? I can’t believe that Benelli is putting these on all of their most expensive guns if they are that much of an issue. I really like the BEST guns because I hunt in saltwater some and that seems like the best protection. I can go with a camo gun though if these carbon ribs are that bad.

Has anyone on here installed or at least know how to install this Performance Shop bolt release paddle? I’ve looked at pictures of them on guns and there isn’t a screw that holds them on from the outside anyway. I assumed it would need a threaded carrier latch and then a screw would hold it on but it doesn’t appear that way. Anyone know? Is a different carrier latch required?
