Danny LC
There are a lot of posts on most all the Benelli shotguns with the exception of the ultralite. I have just purchased my first one 12ga. for upland and waterfowl game, recent surgery has put a kibosh on getting out to put some shells through it, the want to has been terrific but the wife has ruled it out for another week or so. i wanted to start on some quail, but now loks like my first shooting is going to be on the duck pond any one out there have an ultra that they use for ducks/geese have any good or bad on how they handle the 3" as they come from the factory. Have been shooting a 1100 for to many years to remember but it is starting to be a wee bit tired and heavy. Thanks Danny
MoJocvh
Danny just had mine out fpr the first time today see my thread titled "lightweight/woodcock question" Handles like a dream, used 28gram 1600fsec Hull sovereign to start with, OK, then up to Eley 36gramm bismuth, these hunting shells actually felt easier then the previous shells due to a longer "push" than the competition shells, tried a 53gram 3" magnum, doable but not recomended IMO LOL as the UK supplied guns dont come with gelpad only hard plastic buttpad.
