I think that only the M1 and M3 stocks are interchangeable. If you don't mind a pistol grip, there's always the 13" LOP Speedfeed entry stock:

I have shortened synthetic stocks by cutting to length desired then using a 2-part epoxy for fixing bumpers to fill in the area in the stock needed to attach the aftermarket buttpad. Something like this will work:
