  1. If I remember correctly, nothing gets screwed to the stock. The plastic adapter is attached to the LimbSaver then it is pushed into the stock like the factory pad.
  2. I guess I wasn't clear enough. I'm not looking for someone to make a plugged extension, that I can do myself. What I want would be the outside diameter to be the same, no step-down, and fill the entire space between the barrel supports. It would look way better than what is currently available as it would appear to be a full length tube. The only extra cost to whoever is making it would be an extra 1.5" or so of material.
  3. Hi, I'm wondering if anyone out there has contacts with one of the places that make the M4 extensions. I think it would look better if the extension was made to be a consistent outside diameter and longer to fill the space between the barrel support rings, giving the appearance of a full-length tube. I like the look of a full-length, but cannot put one one due to our laws here (5-round only - yeah I'd have to plug the extension solid but at least it would look better!). Anyone else think this might be worth making?
  4. Does anyone have any info & pics of a M121M1? I can't even find anything with a Google search! Edit - stupid me, I see a post below answering my question even though my search didn't pull it up.
  5. Looks good - I want one now:) Hopefully I can find a good, used one around here. I've been reading mixed results reguarding accuracy. How's yours so far?
  6. I guess that limiter would only be factory installed in an M4 with a full length mag tube, not like the civilian short ones here in North America - not much use for a 1-shot semi auto! LOL
  7. Sorry about the bad pics, really need to get a camera
  8. Well, cuz skeeter, maybe you can send an email into ATF to verify this, but I just read the instructions for form 6 part 1 and if I'm reading it correctly it only refers to catagory 1a firearms & components, one of which would be shotguns with barrels less than 18". So as a stock can be put on a shotgun with barrels greater than 18" maybe it wouldn't be a controlled item?
  9. You're correct, its not illegal to send the stuff to you but if I send it to you without you having the proper import paperwork, I'm told I could loose my privilege of entering the USA...not really a chance most people want to take. ATF agent told me a US citizen can import up to $100 wholesale without permit, and can apply for a permit for higher value for personal use only (form 6, part 1) - no resale of parts permitted ever. If I send something to you and even suspect you might give it away or resell it, I'm in violation of US laws and can be prosecuted accordingly. Is this true? It seems like it would be easier to work with a licensed importer to get these stocks in.

  11. This problem happened to me also. What I found was that screwing down the extension pinches a coil of the spring in the threads. If you load a few shells then loosen the mag extension the spring coil will snap free. Load up a few more then tighten the extension back down.
  12. Sorry, kinda forgot that I promised a pic. I really need to stop spending money on ammo and buy a proper camera!
  13. This is just a misprint, their other stock description states SN http://www.e-gunparts.com/DisplayAd.asp?chrProductSKU=1137620&chrSuperSKU=&MC=&CatID=10298&mySort=1
  14. No problem, hope you find your missing clip and get out this weekend. Knock one down for me:)
  15. Nice sg as a start into Benelli's - but to change the stock you need to get a Super Nova. The regular Nova's stock and receiver are one piece.
  16. Brownells shows a small clip that retains the pin (on the side of the trigger housing I think), part #81 on their parts diagram. I don't have a SBE to verify this though. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=0/sid=570/schematicsdetail/Super_Black_Eagle
  17. You guys like short shotties? We can even get them shorter than 14". So far, Rem 870 can be in barrel lengths of 6.5", 8", 12.5", 14". Here's a pic on the 6.5". http://www.blueline-activities.com/shop/popup_image.php?pID=308 http://www.blueline-activities.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=39&products_id=308 There's also a bunch of Rem 870 Chinese copies in various configurations, even with detachable mags like a Valtro. http://www.canadaammo.com/home.php?cat=3
  18. On page 17 of the manual there's a little note that states if you have the pistol grip stock it will need to be loosened off or removed for the trigger group to come out.
  19. I would imagine its the same as on a M4 (5.5mm). See this thread: http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17715
  20. This is a little delayed - sorry. Have you seen these? Don't know if these extensions will be functional for your needs. http://www.briley.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=133

I think that only the M1 and M3 stocks are interchangeable. If you don't mind a pistol grip, there's always the 13" LOP Speedfeed entry stock: http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=314016&t=11082005 I have shortened synthetic stocks by cutting to length desired then using a 2-part epoxy for fixing bumpers to fill in the area in the stock needed to attach the aftermarket buttpad. Something like this will work: http://www.shopforpaint.net/cart.php?target=product&product_id=549&category_id=89
  22. Even with aftermarket M4 collapsible stocks starting to be produced, I still see them going for $600+ on GB. What do you guys think one for a Supernova would end up getting? I'm thinking $350-400 max (and no, I'm not going to be putting one on GB, just curious what you guys think 'cause I don't see any around).
  23. Sorry about that guys, not sure what happend. Never had a problem with 'supload' before. What do u use for image hosting?
  24. pics deleted due to problems
