For my SNT (18.5" barrel) I used a Nordic Components +2 extension upon which I mounted my (now for sale) M3X light via the Insight SG adapter. I like the Nordic Components extension tubes. They are pricey, but I (among many others) consider them one of the best made tubes out there.
