Cordoba Drop Shim "D"

I am trying to locate a "D" drop shim for a Cordoba. Benelli tells me I need 2 parts: No. 61117 and No. 61221. They direct me to Brownell's. However, Brownell's tells me I need 1 part, No. 60443. Has anyone acquired the shim and if so, what is/are the correct part(s) I need?
