Hey i recently just purchased a Benelli SL 80 123 from a friend and i have been looking for information on this gun and have so far found very little i was wondering if anyone has some information on the gun

Wood stock

26 3/4 long barrel

on the barrel it has Benelli armi S.P.A.-Urbino italy cal 12 cam 70, Heckler and Koch Inc. Arlington 22201

i was wondering what the choke is, can i fit 3 inch shells, and can i use slugs in it?

hi,,,you can use slugs,,,no 3'' shells,,only 2-3/4,,the barrel will tell you what choke it is,,mine says cylinder,,,look on the ejection port side for tinnny letters pertaining to the choke,,make sure your barrel is a smoothbore,,if not,, you may have the rare slugger barrel,,lets see some pics of your vintage Benelli

I have the same gun. I can't see anything about the choke. I would like to know how long your plug is, I can't seem to find mine and need to get one or one made.

mine didn't come with a plug but if I would have had a choice

WTRFWLR69 I have the same gun as you do. Do you have the shot plug that came with the gun? If you do could you send me the length of if. I am having a hard time getting any info out of Benelli. I think I could make my own if I had some good dimensions.

you have a 121 m1 and haven't shown me a pic ,,a least a pm pic,,,the 121s to my knowledge didn't come with limiters because of there purpose
