Will Benelli be making a lot of m4's for 30k troop deployment?

Wondering if availability of M4's will be effected for civilian use with new build up. And are the M4's sold to the military still with the HD barrels or ones with the chokes?

These aren't new soldiers. Just new assignments.

I would expect that they are already armored and ready to go.

Since the M1014 isn't the standard issue firearm, it is highly unlikely that the troop surge will have any affect on Benelli M4 production. M1014's are procured in bulk to maintain the TOE for each branch of service; they aren't typically procured on an as-needed, per-unit basis.
