malakaz
I just purchased a new Vinci in Max-4. I have heard and read just a damp towel will do the trick on the camo finished parts. I have Birchwood synthetic safe gun cleaner for my other guns and it also has a picture of a camo gun. Has anyone tried this on their camo finish or dont even take the chance with it? Thanks
hognutz
I would use soap and water or just water, depending on how much grime you are dealing with. That is all you need. Why risk the camo job on something that is not needed?
Plowjockey
I don't on the Supernova. Camo is basically a paint coating. There should be no reason to clean it with any chemical cleaner, or preservative. A mild detergent should do it if needed. Paint will protect the gun from surface corrosion. If the paint chips or wears through, then touch it up.
