Tryed patterning Pure Gold in M2 today. Typical Benelli fashion highand left 8". Used kentucky windage for 3 shells best I could get was 226 shot in 15"circle at 30 yds using Win Super-X #6 3" and this is no April's Fool tale.

I shot my SBE l today with the .660 I.C. choke. H-13 in #6's x 3.5'' at 40 yards. I had 165, and with the #7's, I had 277. I expected better. They both shot lower than Win. Hi-Velocity. Mike

Paul"s discount over here has Win hi dens for 12.00 a box. Might try those with a GOBBLE RING and see what she does. Wife's raising ---- right row because I done some painting on it.

one thing is lead never patters as well as hevi shot does. That being said if you don't like the pure gold choke send it back and they will give money back or send you another one. They have great customer service! I'd be willing to bet if you got you a box of that new Magnum blend or the hevi 13 in 6 or 7's you would be really happy with your patterns at 40yds.
