jbcuda
Vursan 92A semiauto. Uses benelli super 90 operating system. Vursan was purchased by Stoeger. Need recommendations on what parts to replace to correct the problem of firing the first shell, ejects the shell strongly, the second shell remains in the magazine tube, push the indicator button on the side of the trigger guard and the shell flys onto the carrier and hitting the bolt release loads the shell in the chamber. The action tube in the stock is clean.
tucker301
Does the "indicator button" properly reset when the action is cycled, or does it seem to stick in the depressed position? Could be either improperly assembled or a broken/missing spring.
jbcuda
Just working the action manually, the "indicator button" never goes all the way in like when you manually push it in. The carrier comes up but without the indicator moving into the action it does not release the shell catch on the magazine. There has to be something that the bolt moves when it recoils to trip the indicator and release the shell from the magazine. Thanks for your input. kmccarter
What is the best choke for my SBE II? New to this game
jbcuda
The indicator button (cocking indicator) on the side of the trigger housing was not being push up high enough by the hammer spring. If this indicator is not pushed high enough the magazine shell stop does not release and the shell will not feed onto the carrier. I discovered dried grease between the housing and the indicator. Cleaned the dried grease off and used a light oil to lubricate. It now works fine.
