HOGWILD Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I would think and air conditioner would be of more use especially if you try to carry/buy a firearm in the UAE. i spent some time (217) days, there during the first Gulf War and if you get caught with a firearm an air conditioner would really come in handy in your cell!!
