Source for one piece 7 round mag tube for early HK M3?

First off, thanks for looking.

 

I have an early HK marked Benelli M3 with a one piece 7 round mag tube. The tube has become fairly beaten up over the years and I'd like to replace it. Does anyone have an idea on where I could find a replacement?
