Benelli Supernova Extender question

Hi, I'm new to adding extenders (my other shotgun is an 870 tactical).

 

I bought a Tac Star 7 shell extender. I installed it with the spring that came with the extender, easy install... However I am able to insert 7+1. Is this correct, or is the spring too short? (I thought it was a total of 7 rounds)

 

While I'm at it, this is a non tactical Supernova and am interested in accessories if anyone has suggestions.

When using 2 3/4" shells the long Benelli extension and yours allow 7+1.

Do you happen to know how to go about threading the barrel for a breacher choke, or any other way to add one? I was going to buy the tactical, but I got this for a good deal since it was only used once. We do a lot of practice door kicking so I just wanted a breacher choke and a nice scope

Other than a tube extension, there aren't any accessories for the Supernova.

Mesa tactical makes a sidesaddle shell holder. I just got one in the mail today, can't wait to get it installed.

I'm going to pick one up today. What is a good price for one? My local gun shop is like the Best Buy of gun stores, so I'm thinking of getting one online

I bought mine off a guy from this sight, so I didn't pay retail, but the typical number I see is around $80. If you keep your eye on Ebay you may be able to find one for much less...couple weeks ago somebody won one for $30. Hope this helps.
