kronik Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 I'm looking for some target ammo - I found Federal LE12700 for 175 for a box of 250, and while that'd be fine for defense, it seems a waste to shoot it all at the range. The Rio can be had at 110-ish for a box of 250. Anyone tried it? Any issues? Quote

Super33 Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 Where did you find federal for 175? I've been looking around for a good source for bulk ammo. The Rio 2 3/4" OO buck works great. I've only tried the low recoil, the only problem I had with them is that their length is slightly longer than normal so I could only fit 6 in the tube instead of 7. For just using them for targets, however, I don't see how that's an issue. Quote
