SBE II Comfort tek stock Inserts coming out.

I have a taller cheek pad than factory sent.(next size up) When i shoot heavy loads the insert keeps coming out, And the top insert on the left side is starting to come out also when shooting...Anyone else having this problem and what will fix the cheek pad especially?

 

At 100.00 a piece the cheekpad should not be worn out in 18 months.

nothing loose or falling off my SBEII....? heard others complain about the recoil pad coming off too? mine you would have to pry at a stump or something...difficult to remove the recoil pad to me? very strange
