I'm sure you could do similar with stuff found at the local Mega Mart; but if you don't have a sewing machine, $5 ain't a bad price to add this capability to your firearm. I was considering making one but couldnt have bought the supplies for that price. I think I spent that much in gas driving to various gun and hardware stores! He makes custom kit as well, so if you need anything for your shotgun he'll make it for you at a fair price. Custom slings or range bags, etc. I don't work for them either. AggiePhil Posted December 10, 2010 Share Posted December 10, 2010 Unless I'm misunderstanding you, the problem you're going to face is that it gives you a MALE QD sling swivel. You'd want a female attachment point, which in the QD sling swivel world is generally a hard point. I recommend this particular product for attaching to the loop in the stock. It's ten bucks, loops right through there, and gives you a male Fastex buckle.
