Slug Barrel for my Nova

I want to put a slug barrel on my Nova pump. cabellas has one for $ 209.00. Is that all i need, i've heard rumors i will need a new forearm too, is this correct? Is it a simple operation to change the fore arm? Thanks for any help

As far as I know all you have to do is replace the barrels and your all set. I havent heard of anyone replacing the forearm before, but I could be wrong.

That's a negatory on the forearm. Just swap barrels.

I have one and all you do is change out the barrel. It even works on my New Super Nova.
