Are M1 and M4 trigger groups interchangable?

My brother has a complete trigger group assembly that he was cleaning when the rest of his cased M1S90 grew legs at a gun club.

 

He offered to ship the trigger group to me for spare parts towards my M4.

Are they cross compatible??
