I'd call Benelli customer service and ask them. Write down their name if they say yes. I know that I put a M1 Super 90 barrel on my M2. I checked with customer service before I did as I change mine from a 24 inch bird gun to a tactical gun with the 18.5 inch barrel.

 

Having said this with the price of Benelli barrels you may just want to invest in another shotgun!
