I was surprised to open this morning's paper to read that the CEO of Ducks Unlimited, Dale Hall, wants Congress to raise the Federal Duck Stamp price from $15 to $25.. Someone please tell me that this guy isn't serious considering that DU doesn't do s#@! for us duck hunters.
