  1. When you do receive the 'human thingy' does you message transmit? Mine doesn't maybe it is Firefox.
  2. Following is set. PM worked up until Friday and then the human confirmation. Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default
  3. Anyone else having issues with sending PM's? For the last two days, when I send one, I then have to enter text stating I am human. Then nothing. Message never ends up in my 'send' folder.

    Super Vinci

My son-in-law is searching for rifled slug barrel for his Super Vinci. Following cut and pasted from Benelli Parts: Extra barrels are available for all models. Rifled slug barrels are available for SBE, Super Black Eagle II, M1 Field, M2 Field, SuperNova and Nova models only. (For SBE, SBEII, M1 and M2 models, slug barrels require a modified forend, sold separately). Nothing listed for the Super Vinci.
  5. FYI, from Cabela's: Due to recent changes made by Reed Exhibitions regarding the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show, Cabela’s will no longer sponsor this year’s event. After careful consideration regarding Cabela’s business practices, and the feelings of our customers, Cabela’s will, unfortunately, not have a presence at the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show.
  6. I used superglue (over a year ago) to solve the movement issue and have been using the weapon hard. Still good-to-go. If it ever does start to move, I will try JB-Weld.
  7. According to what I've read so far on "feature" (note: this is very import term in the new NY ban), a "threaded muzzle" is a feature. It doesn't specify that the threads must be on the outside of the barrel. Therefore one could reason any shotgun with threads for chokes is now illegal in New York State. Large frame pistols will also be banned (IE, 50 cal desert eagles). An unloaded weight over 50 ounces is considered a 'feature.' a DE weights about 73 oz.
  8. Trop gun shop in Elizabethtown, Pa announced on Facebook they will not be attending the Harrisburg show now because of the demands to not allow modern sporting rifles, 30rnd mags etc.
  9. In NY, the 10/22 will be banned, currently there isn't a way to pin the 10 round magazine and or any 7 round magazines available. Therefore if your M4 has 7 round tube, without a plug you are a felon in NY. Forgot to add: Pennsylvania gun owners threatened to boycott the state's largest hunting and fishing expo Tuesday after organizers announced that they would ban the display and sale of assault rifles & 30 round magazines (which is currently legal in Pa) at this year's show. http://www.philly.com/philly/news/politics/state/20130116_Largest_Pa__gun_show_to_ban_assault_weapons.html
  10. Dang, this is cheap. http://www.gunsamerica.com/913100429/Benelli_m4_Collapsible_Stock_new_399_Shipped.htm
  11. In order to understand the left wing Democrat’s plan for your second amendment rights in Obama’s second term, all you have to do is go back to the mid 1990s. It was as clear as day. In 1995, Eric Holder spoke of the need to ‘brainwash’ people about guns. Now, Diane Feinstein who will propose a ban an ‘assault weapons’ when the 113th Congress begins has her past come back to bite her in the ass too. Also back in 1995, Diane Feinstein had a revelation. She wanted to ban ALL guns if she could, but couldn’t get enough votes back then in the Senate. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blXkl9YVoHo
  12. Of course: received my Baptism in the year (1968) of the monkey, it was in the form of lead. Understand fully.
  13. Today on Meet the Press, David Gregory committed a "felon" in the District of Columbia. Yep, he was waving a 30 round AR magazine and as a member of the state-run-media, he hasn't nothing too worry about. "DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines - D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01 (b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term “large capacity ammunition feeding device” means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term “large capacity ammunition feeding device” shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition."
  14. Maryland Democratic Legislators stated that when they return in January they will propose draconian legislation that will outlaw ownership of assault weapons (45 firearms currently fall into this category). Since Md is a one party state and the governor is already running for prez in 2016, I assume it will pass. My friend lives in NJ and the 1994 AWB gave the owner of one the following options: 1. Turn-in 2. Sell out of state 3. Declare inoperable 4. Become a felon. He chose option # 2. How friggin sad. The following link should be required reading for pro-AWB's: http://kontradictions.wordpress.com/2012/08/09/why-not-renew-the-assault-weapons-ban-well-ill-tell-you/
