pecosmoser Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 I also have this problem with my Supernova 12 gauge. The forend slide sticks near the beginning and end of cycling the action. I lubed the slide rails that attach to the bolt but am afraid to put more lube anywhere that could attract dirt. I've put about 150 rounds through the gun so far. tiinn Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Same issue here. Did a full teardown and cleaning of the gun, and the problem has persisted. In particular, it seems that there is a lot of force required to get the forend moving forward when it is in the open position...the action is wonderfully smooth once it's moving, but sometimes it's a real bear to get un-stuck.
