I wanted to double check if the SuperNova Rifled Slug Gun (Product # 20143) comes with factory tapped holes in the top of the receiver for mounting a picatinny rail?

Yes, the Supernova's with the rifled slug barrel (20143) and the Supernova Tactical model have the receiver drilled and tapped.
