FIB Posted August 26, 2004 Share Posted August 26, 2004 Hi, but at the risk of sounding dumb what are the differences btwn. the M1 and the Montefeltro? The obvious ones that I noticed were the Monte. has a slimmer forearm and a flat rib. Are there any others? Do any of you own a Monte. and have you been pleased with it? birddog Posted August 26, 2004 Share Posted August 26, 2004 FIB ... the monte is an entirely different gun .. more slim .. lighter .. dimensionally different in both the drop at comb and heel the Monte can also carry 1 more shell then the M1 ... M1 design is more towards hunting with the Monte design leaning in the direction of the shooting sports... the two guns feel entirely different in the hand also.. hope this helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
