Benelli MR-1 Accessorizing Issues - Tri Rail too short

Hello, I just recently purchased a Benelli MR-1 and installed

Benelli's composite fore-end picatinny tri-rail on it -

http://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/benelli-accessories/81138

After that, I attempted to mount my Crimson Trace MVF-515 -

http://www.crimsontrace.com/products/manufacturer/ar15-m16-rifles/01-3120

Unfortunately the tri-rail is only about 2.5 inches long and I need

roughly 3 inches to seat my laser grip on the rail.

My question is what products currently exist that might help me

circumvent this issue OR what if any custom pieces could be made

so I can consummate this union between the grip and the tri-rail?

I anxiously look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,

Paul D. Van Hoy II

Sorry to resurrect a thread from the grave, but I recently used the Beretta CX-4 Storm tri-rail:
https://www.beretta.com/en-us/gun-accessories/rifles-carbines/rails/beretta-cx4-bottom-and-side-accessory-rail-kit/
Beretta part number E00270

With the Beretta lon accessory rail:

https://www.beretta.com/en-us/gun-accessories/rifles-carbines/rails/beretta-long-aluminum-cx4-storm-picatinny-side-rail/

Beretta part number  EU00007

On my Benelli MR-1
I had to manufacture a metal plate to go inside the forend for hex screws to bolt into.
