I have an M1 Super 90 with the gost ring sight. Is there anyone making a Picitinnay rail that will attach via the original sight screw holes in the reciever.

 

If that is not available... is there an online gunsmith that will attach a rail to the receiver of an M1 in my lifetime and for my entire life savings?
