Supernova Carlson vs. Benelli 18" barrel?

For a Supernova 28", looking to double it as a security shotgun. After looking at the price of the Benelli barrel (though out of stock in most places and priced over $400) thought that a second shotgun makes sense. But the Carlson barrels are better priced.

 

Do they work well? Probably will only use for HD or possibly some range time. Maybe 3 gun in the future? Or seeing what I can hit with clays for fun.

No one's tried the Carlson? Maybe it's not that good or everyone's a Bennelli purist lol.
