Does anyone have any ideas as to why I can not download the flash player?

It starts the download and then says it is complete but I still can't open the website.

Any ideas?

1. Make sure that the plug-in is installed.

Assuming you're using Internet Explorer, click Tools> Manage Add-on on the IE toolbar.

"Shockwave Flash Object" should be listed and enabled.

2. Make sure that IE isn't blocking the ActiveX control. Look for a yellow information bar at the bottom of the IE toolbar when you visit the site. The bar will inform you that the site wants to install an ActiveX control. Click the bar to install the control.

3. Other programs or security settings may be restricting flash. This could be in Internet Explorer's security settings or there could be a thrid party program blcoking animations or flash content.

4. Test the flash plug-in.

5. Try Firefox Browser
