Benelli M4 Bolt Carrier Pinhole Chipping

Hey guys, I'm a first time firearm owner and I've had an M4 for less than a year, and have only put about 100+ rounds through it. I noticed chipping on one of the pinholes in the bolt carrier. Should I be worried?? I'm from Canada so I'm not sure who to contact about this or if it's even a huge deal, but I'd assume it is a cause for concern.

I've been firing 1oz 2¾" low recoil slugs and heavy load 1⅛oz 7½ target shot.

Update:

Removed the bolt carrier for a better look, im noticing this "chipping" pattern on both sides. Is this typical of benelli bolt carriers due to pin staking or is mine faulty?

It’s normal. It’s factory staking to help retain the link pin.
