My 828U over and under shotgun has a stuck trigger mechanism half in and half out of the gun does anyone know how to get it out of the gun without having to send it back to Benelli

Please send me a PM, I will try to walk you through it.  Basically you will need to remove the stock from the gun then reaching into the reciever with a fine tool and  depress the trigger guard latch.  If you have another 828U you could look at that would be og help, otherwise I can get you a few photos Monday.

I have a 828 U Sport that I accidentally pushed the release lever back to the right during the removal of the trigger assembly.  Now the trigger assembly is partially out and I am unable to remove or push back in.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello All - REMARKABLE totally helped me with this.  My trigger system was totally jammed - due to my stupidity- I did everything wrong.. and paid the price ..  I needed to remove the steel locking plate (held in by the plastic locking block on the floor of the receiver) & once out, I could manually press in the firing pin hammers manually.   Once that was done, I could muscle the trigger group back into position and lock it back into normal position.. it does take some pressure, but nothing violent.  Very happy for the support and guidance.

I need some help, please. While trying to disassemble my Benelli, the trigger mechanism got stuck and I can neither pull it out nor push it back in. I have already removed the breech plate, but I'm stuck now.

Could anybody send me instructions on how to fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Hi StreetSweeper56 ,

Thank you very much for your reply. Since I am based in Europe, I am unfortunately unable to use your telephone support service. I have already browsed your YouTube channel but, unfortunately, could not find a video relevant to my specific issue. I was hoping to receive some assistance, as it appears that the user "remarkable" previously provided instructions—upon request—regarding the problem with the stuck trigger resulting from improper disassembly.

Do you perhaps have any advice on where I might be able to find such instructions?

Thank you very much.

I'm sorry, I do not own that model, hopefully remarkable will be along as he, and others are very knowledgeable.
