Gunsmith recommendation

I’m in need of a recommendation for a gunsmith to do some work on my earlier model m3. Specifically looking to get the receiver hole drilled and tap (enlarged) to fit benelli adjustable stock tube and another drill & tap on top for rmr optic plate. I searched forum and members recommended Briley. On their site, they state that they do not accept work on the M3.
