Help identifying M3 part

When I removed the limiter plug of my new M3 I don't remember where this piece goes back in. Need help with the name or which sequence goes into. When I checked the part list I couldn't identify it.

It's the magazine tube spring retainer

It would be number 67 on that above schematic for your shotgun. Other m3s have a disk. I do not know why this one is open and has that lip but I think it has to do with the limiter
