Ethos 12 gauge semi auto shot gun issue/question.

90% of the time, my shot gun will not cycle through more than one shell at a time.  it will shoot the first round, and eject the shell.  but it will not load the next round in the chamber.  Am I doing something wrong?  I'm shooting 12 gauge bird shot - 1255 fps 1-1/8 oz. 7.5 shot.

Is the 2^nd shell exiting the magazine tube?

 

Is the bolt staying open, or closing on an empty chamber?

 

Are the shell you are using the Winchester Universal or similar Winchester promotional ammo?
