New Super Black Eagle 3 Cast Shim

Need some help purchased a new sbe3 a couple weeks ago and have noticed it did  not come with a cast shim. Is this something I have to purchase separately and one of the drop shims has a DX on it which is not in the manual. Or maybe I am missing something thanks for the help.

The DX is actually your cast shim.  If you look on the back of it, it should read sx, sx meaning Left Handed, dx right handed.  Your SBE 3 should have been set up C Drop Shim, DX Cast Shim, both facing way from the reciever.  The Drop Shim Plate then should be CDX, these letters should be at the top of the plate located beneath the butt pad.
