28 guage Ethos Super Sport magazine tube problem.

Having a problem with 3" shells repeatedly popping out of magazine tube in my new 28 guage Ethos supersport. Any one else have this problem or have a fix?

Your Carrier Latch is more than likely out of spec.  There is not enough surface contact with the shot shell base.  If sent into Benelli they will "Adjust" the Carrier Latch.
