SBE3 Not ejecting shell and jamming from other shell

Sbe3 gets stuck on a full cycle. The first shell fires then doesn’t eject and second shell gets stuck. Once pulling the spent shell out it cycles the next shell in.  Any solutions on how to make it not jam?

I have a SBE2…..when it was new, I had a slight problem with what you’re experiencing.  I followed the advice others on this forum and fired a couple boxes of 3.5 inch turkey loads. Certainly helped.  I’m sure that you know to fully mount and ensure that you have full contact with your shoulder when you fire.. Lastly I don’t know what brand of shells you’re using, but, right now, I’ve experienced problems with the new Boss shells feeding properly.  I’m going back to Black Cloud.
