Looking for MR1 w/o pistol grip

If I'm reading this post right, you are wanting an MR1 that has a field stock and takes Pmags. Are you in the States or Canada or somewhere else?

First off, in USA your best bet is GunBroker or local Auction and you will need luck. In Canada your best bet is Gunpost and whatever else they have up there.

The field stock, you will most likely have to do this yourself. As an avid MR1 owner, I have been watching sales of this rifle for years now. 9/10 (almost every time) it will have a pistol grip, I think I only saw 1 on Gunpost with a field stock in past 2 years. It's a real easy procedure to change stocks. You could even go the Comfortech route but I had to change the Recoil Tube to do so.

I don't understand what you mean by "AR mags" exactly. All MR1s accept Pmags and Stanag if that's what you're referring to. I run Pmags and never had an issue with both my MR1s.
